Thief Monitor 1.1

This program is designed as an aid to recovering a stolen laptop (or desktop PC). Although not a guarantee to recovery, it may go some way towards helping.

Simply install it and set up your chosen username and password. Thief Monitor then sits silently and invisibly in the background waiting to be activated.

In the unfortunate event of your PC being stolen, simply log on to the Burrotech website and activate Thief Monitor.

From this point on, everything that is typed on that computer (while connected to the internet) is logged, ready for you to check later on.

Along with recording everything that is typed it also records the IP address, which may also prove useful.

The software is by no means guaranteed to locate your lost computer, but it could lead to the thief giving himself away, depending on what he types.

Obviously, if your thief doesn't connect to the internet, or reformats your hard drive, then Thief Monitor is of no use at all.
