Version two of this optimisation suite comes with a new interface, and adds more functions to an already impressive list.
Available functions are split into three sections: cleaning, tuning and file tools. The cleaning section includes options to clean hard drives (remove temp files etc), clean the registry (remove obsolete entries), clean your internet traces (browser cache, history etc), and a DLL cleaner.
Tuning tools include a startup tuner, an internet tuner (speed up your internet connection), and a IP Spam Blocker, which basically turns off the Windows Messaging service. You can also gain quick access to useful Windows tools, such as scandisk, defrag and system restore.
The third section, File Tools, offers options to securely erase files, split and rejoin large files, change your file associations, and encrypt/decrypt files.
Whichever option you choose you are guided through the entire process, and there are two user modes to choose from: easy and advanced. The easy mode simply hides the more advanced functions, such as the DLL cleaner.
A 'one-click optimisation' option automatically runs the drive cleaner, registry cleaner and internet cleaner together for instant system improvements.
